    失眠和失望

           快一个月了,一直象今天这样,十二点逼迫自己躺下,可是翻来覆去怎么也睡不着,几乎把我能想的事情都想了个遍,羊也数了几万只,却最终还是要爬起来。看电视或上网到五六点,之后睡到十一点多,更加形成了恶性循环。可怕的生物钟搞得我快发疯。我怎么了?我成了不能控制自己生活的小矮人。所有的情绪都在失眠后变成对自己的失望。
            每夜每夜,我都像妄想症患者把每件事从头到尾的想,甚至想到这狗屁小事的前生和来世,我的脑袋像宇宙那么大,几十年来见过的每个人都像是夜空星星,他们之间的关系前后左右横竖交错,变成了一副完整的天文图。星星们说过的每句话我都反复揣摩,之后觉得句句深不可测意义远大,足够写一本小说。我在这纷繁的宇宙有着各种不同身份样貌和品性,最后只能导致人格分裂。天哪,我是怎么了?
            怎么才能改变这可怕的失眠状态?让我对自己不失望?难不成就这样坐到五点之后就洗澡出门努力工作?嗯,调整生物钟最好的办法就是拨它快速前进或是强迫它回退,让它搭上生活的脉搏就正好不早不晚。也许会错过午夜电视的精彩节目和只有晚上才会在线的好友,但是阿门,至少不会有失眠和失望,摆脱了它们我才能活的像个正常人。

    现在早10:44分,那你在睡觉吗??如果正睡的香香的,那大可不必过于紧张,因为你的睡眠还是很好,只是生物钟乱了。少睡一天就调回来了,呵呵
